Contact the team

Send a correction, suggest a future adventure or find the right first step when trouble happens inside a game.

IStart with an email

Write to hello@isvcourse.com. Messages are read by a person, and a response will usually arrive within a few working days. Whether your note concerns an entry, a setting or a question about the project, a clear subject helps us understand where to begin.

IIHelp us correct a detail

Please identify the game and the particular statement that needs attention. If possible, include a link to the developer, publisher or platform page that explains the correct information. That makes a factual correction easier to check and lets us update the relevant entry without guessing what has changed.

IIIPut a game on our trail

Tell us the title you would like to see, whether you play it alone or with others, and where you usually leave it for the evening. Suggestions are added to our list for consideration. A convincing recommendation explains the kind of evening the game offers as well as why you enjoy it.

IVA note for developers

You may introduce your game and explain what makes its world or quests distinctive. Editorial coverage is not sold, and payment cannot reserve a position on the board. We apply the same approach to a studio’s introduction as to any other suggestion: it is an invitation to consider a game, not a promise of a review.

VProblems beyond this website

ISV Course cannot investigate or moderate another company’s game. Use that game’s reporting tools or the platform’s support process first when an account or another player causes trouble. Our responsible play guide outlines practical next steps and links to confidential UK support where further help is needed.
